Are Russian Brides Virtual Realities?

June 13th, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Mitchell Smith I always got asked this question when I first began seeking a Russian bride. And I would like to mention that there is a difference regarding love from a ‘psychological’ point of view, in my opinion. Falling in love through cyberspace is what I call “Virtual Love.” It’s not real love yet… but can definitely turn into real love. Once you accept this, you will be on your way towards achieving your goal and finding a healthy relationship. Now, in my case, there were some extra precautions I had to take. Because when seeking a Russian Bride (or anyone abroad that you can’t physically meet on a normal date), you do have to be careful. There are many scammers that try to manipulate and con you into giving them money. I will save some of these tips for another article in the future, but in all honesty, they are pretty obvious, as you will see in my example. When I first started searching for an online romance, I pretty much did everything everybody else does. I looked at all the prettiest girls I could find, copied and pasted a template letter and blasted them out to as many Russian girls I could find. I mean, they can’t read English very well anyway, so why not, right? Little did I know that I would found myself spending hours among end reading response templates such as, “Thank you for the letter… you seem like the good man… I liked your structure… please write… you interesting!” Ironic isn’t it? But I continued writing and writing… answering each of them back. And this is when I began to notice a trend. Many of the emails I got back were very similar in context, and by the 4th or 5th email, they suddenly claimed their love for me. Me?? Little ol’ me?? After only 5 emails?!! I must admit that their ‘claim’ rather made me feel good… and while I was in disbelief, my own ego couldn’t help but to think that, “Maybe she is in love with me?!!” Hmmm… it could happen, right? This is when I took a step back and realized that online dating has a power that differs from reality. It is a virtual love that can make you think crazy thoughts. It plays with your mind by entering the power of your own imagination. Think of it like a book… giving you just enough descriptive passages, leaving your mind to fill in all the remaining details. So how can you avoid this kind of trap? Simple… keep your feet grounded and don’t do anything different that you wouldn’t normally do in the REAL WORLD. For example, if an American woman claimed that she loved you after only 3 dates and wanted to marry you, you would undoubtedly run for the hills screaming “Psyyyyychooooo!” Right? So keep the same attitude whenever a Russian woman says the same thing after only 5 emails. The issue of money seems to be a popular subject amongst men seeking a russian woman. “Should I give her money? She asked for some money and she claims that she loves me.” Don’t laugh… this happens a lot and many men get scammed because their imagination takes over. They actually believe that she does loves them. Just keep your feet grounded and think of it this way… you walk by a homeless person everyday not giving him one penny, yet this doesn’t bother you does it? Do you want to know why? Because in reality, you are much more sensible and you might think that he might use it for drugs, alcohol or whatever. You don’t want to feed his addictions, so you look the other way when he asks for money. Use the same approach when a Russian woman asks for money… IGNORE HER! Don’t be foolish and give in to her photo and centerfold body. You don’t know her well enough — you’re only imagining that you do. The key to a successful online romance is to have patience. You have to stay grounded and stay in reality. Things take time, especially relationships. You need to establish trust — and believe me when I say this, it doesn’t happen in 5 emails. Follow your instincts and you’ll do just fine. Good luck! ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

36 Tips To Hearing God’s Voice, The Voice For Love Within You: Tip #2 - The Evolution Of Truth

June 8th, 2008 by reebacosentino

By DavidPaul Doyle What is the evolution of truth? It sounds like a strange concept because Truth is eternal. It’s changeless. It’s formless. It’s the essence of pure being that we are and that God is. Truth is the Reality of God, so how can there be an evolution of Truth? When we experience truth in the world, in many ways, it is an evolutionary experience. We are constantly deepening our experience of Truth, our experience of Oneness, our experience of Love, understanding, compassion, and what’s important are those “qualities.” Those are the qualities that the Voice for God within us teaches us about. God’s Voice, by whatever name you call this Presence of Love and Peace within you, teaches us about love, compassion, understanding, acceptance, and truth. God can only speak to us “where we are,” what we’re capable of learning right here, right now. God could give the same truth to each and every one of us, and yet we are each going to take in exactly what we’re capable of taking in right now that makes sense to us, that feels real, accurate, and valid. This is an important concept in hearing God’s Voice within you because it will help you stop comparing WHAT you hear and HOW you hear to anyone else, because we each need to hear what we need to hear in order to awaken. If twenty people were to ask God the same exact question, they would all hear something different. Each person has different life experience, different history, different belief systems, different culture, different background, and different language. Our minds are very unique, and when God speaks to us, He speaks to us through our particular mind, life experience, history, belief system, and vocabulary. If you are a five-year old child, you’re going to hear something completely different when you ask God a question about a particular situation than if you are possibly an atheist, a Buddhist, a scientist, someone living in Mongolia, or someone who comes from a very wealthy family. Because we’re so unique in these ways, God is going to speak to each of us exactly where we are. What is it that we need to hear right here, right now in order to deepen our experience of Truth, Love and Peace? God will say something different to each of us, and that’s the power of hearing God’s Voice within you because you’re not taking a concept of Truth that you read in a book or that someone else says to you and somehow figure out how to apply that Truth to your life. God will speak to you exactly where you are on a particular topic-right here, right now. That is powerful! That helps us each to deepen our understanding of Truth in our own way and at our own time. It’s not taking an abstract concept and figuring out how to apply that concept or teaching to your life or somehow make it real. It gets made real right here and right now by hearing this Voice for Truth within you. When we understand that there is no generic form that God’s Voice expresses in, we can allow everybody to hear whatever they hear, even if it seems contradictory to what we hear. It’s what that person needs to hear to awaken. You need to hear something different, and I need to hear something different. Sure there’s going to be some commonality, and we may even hear exactly the same thing, but the point is, we each hear what we need to hear in this moment. When we can give that to our self and have that be okay, we are able to extend that to others and allow what they hear to be ok. What you hear doesn’t need to match what this teacher, author, or minister says God’s truth is. I hope the messages we hear and share from God’s Voice are helpful to people, and yet, you might hear something different. You will hear something unique to you, and that’s what’s important! It doesn’t mean that someone is hearing God’s Voice and someone isn’t just because they hear different things. It’s that each one heard God’s Voice within them, and each heard what they needed to hear and how they needed to hear it. When you give this to yourself, you’ll stop comparing what you hear with what another person hears and you will be able to recognize God speaking to people in all kinds of ways, all over the world, non-stop. And it won’t matter what it sounds like. You’ll be able to see the Truth in it, and understand that each person gets what they need for their awakening and growth. This is what we call, “The evolution of Truth,” hearing as much Truth as we are possibly able to receive in this moment, in exactly this form, on this topic, and that is perfect. We could ask the same question tomorrow and get a different answer or the same answer. We might ask the same question next year or ten years from now and get the same answer or a different answer. There are no rules. This moment is this moment. That’s it. We will hear whatever we need to hear in whatever form we need to awaken. Over the next few days, as you practice this concept, ask God’s Voice, the Voice for Peace and Love within you, for guidance and allow yourself to receive whatever you receive and know that it doesn’t have to sound like, mimic, or be anything like what you’ve ever heard before. If it is exactly what you’ve heard before, that is perfect as well. That is just what you need to hear. For example, if you are a student of A Course in Miracles and your mind is formed with that vocabulary and that understanding, then what you hear will probably be very similar to that body of work. If you have a mindset of a Catholic priest, you’re going to hear in that form. If you’re a Buddhist, you’re going to hear with that vocabulary and that belief system, and that is perfect. If you’ve never studied any practice or belief, then you’re going to hear however you do and that’s perfect. That’s how hearing God’s Voice works! Hear however you do and know that is perfect for you. Over the next few days, begin to recognize how other people hear and that what they hear is perfect for them. This will truly change the way you experience God’s Voice within you and outside of you. Blessings to you. Powerful Words

May 5th, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Ann Stewart We have the power to achieve, create and change circumstances in our lives. We are born powerful. Our Creator did not leave us helpless, poor and weak. He gave us all the tools to not only survive but fulfill our destiny to the utmost. We are all born for a purpose. It does not matter where we came from or the circumstances of our birth, youth or present lifestyle. Let us consider these Words: The Lord will perfect that which concerns me: your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; forsake not the works of your own hands. (Isaiah 138:8) I will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are thy works.. My substance was not hid from you, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes did see my substance, yet being imperfect; and in your book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.(Psalm 139:14-16) Thus says the Lord, thy Redeemer; the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way that you should go. (Isaiah 48:17) These are just a few Words of Promise that you can stand on and act upon. The Bible is filled with them. Not only is Gods Word better than the thoughts and words of great thinking and creative genius, it transforms people! Why? Because they penetrate the heart! They dont merely appeal to your intellect, emotions or common sense, like ordinary words. The Word of God is Quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow (body), and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12). The Word of God is Truth, and the Truth will set you free. Freedom from fear, despair, suffering, and anxiety is the greatest gift you can get. It fills you with hope, love and faith which transforms into real Power.. Jesus is also called the Word of God. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with of God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1) He came to give beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord. (Isaiah 61:3) Furthermore, to those who believe in Him He gives the power to become the sons of God. (John 1:12) That amazing power is not just for us to read about in the Bible. That kind of supernatural power is available to each and every one of us, every moment of every day! God’s truth allows you to experience His grace and His power. So, instead of solving your problems by your own minute power, allow me to encourage you to reach out and tap into Gods Power. It’s available for each one of us, smart or not, rich or poor, happy or miserable - any time we call upon His name. Ann Stewart is author of With Wings as Eagles. Isometric Exercise - An Article of Faith

May 3rd, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Ellen Miller A good weight loss exercise plan, like a good article, should stick to the basics: “Who? What? When? Where? Why? and How?” The “lead-in” should catch the audience’s attention, and the body should hold that attention, while being informative. That said, would you be interested in a low-cost, low-impact weight loss exercise program that requires no trips to the gym, no recurring health club fees, and no trendy equipment; a program that provides demonstrable results in 4 to 7 days, and just keeps getting more effective as you go along; a plan that is completely under your control and involves no pain, soreness or stiffness; one with easy to follow techniques and lots of resources to guide you through all the steps, from beginner to advanced? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then read on. * Who? Women from middle-age on, who need to lose anywhere from 10 pounds on up, and are looking for a simple, efficient, low-impact regimen that will provide quick and dramatic results. Age is not a factor in fitness. Whether you are 45 or 75, you can benefit from weight loss exercise. * What? Isometric weight Loss exercise; a simple and proven low-impact system for reaching and maintaining your goals. * When? 10 to 15 minutes a day for the isometric exercise component, and 5 or more opportunities per day to implement a specialized rhythmic breathing technique that compliments the exercise by facilitating blood-flow and increased oxygen distribution throughout the body. This breathing can be practiced at any time. * Where? The isometric exercises can be performed anywhere in the privacy of your home. Most of the exercises can be done sitting in a chair or, depending on your needs and abilities, some exercises can be done standing or lying on the floor. The rhythmic breathing can be practiced virtually anywhere: sitting at your computer; watching TV; shopping; even stuck in traffic. * Why? To fit a simple, effective exercise program into your busy day, and lose those unwanted and burdensome pounds and inches; to increase muscle strength, flexibility and vitality; to reduce mental stress, and to give you back lost self-confidence, and much of your wardrobe. * How? Isometrics and breathing. Isometric exercise trainers and DVD teach you all the exercises, breathing techniques and proper positioning to allow you to obtain results in the first week of the program. You will, in fact, start to feel changes in 4 to 7 days from commencing your new routine. The training leads you through the steps, from neophyte to expert. You control your own pace and resistance, so you never have to worry about pain, soreness, stiffness or “overdoing” it. So what’s the catch? That is the beauty of isometric weight loss exercise; there is no catch. Get yourself a trainer, a book or a video, learn the methods, find just 10 to 15 minutes in your day to perform the isometric exercises, have faith in yourself, and proceed to regain youthful vigor and improve your self-image. Stop counting calories, and start counting on yourself.

How to Get Over a Breakup

April 30th, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Benjamin Png This is one of the most difficult parts of a love life to get over, it is how to get over a relationship break up. It is tough nursing a broken heart, and we all need a little help to get over this broken heart. The lesson here is that friends and family, basically company, is need always to get over a heart break. Read on to find out how to get over a relationship break up! The first love, the someone whom you most probably would have decided there and then that you would probably spend the rest of your life with him or her. But sometimes it ends. And it is most painful when it ends abruptly. Arguments are perfectly normal, but when it gets to a certain breaking point, you know that it cannot continue, and you two end the relationship. Or when your partner cheats on you. That is probably the most painful and when you have to break up. As impossible as it may seem, the rule of thumb to deal with this is to tell yourself that you want to get over him or her. If there is still a little bit inside you that wants it to still work out, then you will never get over your ex or the unreciprocative lover (one-sided crush). And nothing you do will ever work. It has got to start with inside yourself. Your mind is the most powerful after all. And you need to stay away from him or her during the initial period till you are comfortable with meeting him again. Chances are, if you keep being in the company of him or her, you will NEVER get over it and you will be stuck. So please, be brave and take the first step and avoid the person. And while you are avoiding the person, below are some things that you can do to make it easier. Well here are some concrete steps that you can take to get over a break up. Talking to someone about the break up. You need to let it out! Bottling it up inside of you is never going to solve your problem. Always verbalize your problems to a listening ear. Any problem whatsoever. Talk to someone in a similar situation helps too. Get more ideas on how to get over a break up. Get busy. Occupy yourself with meaningful things like picking up a hobby or learning something new or preoccupying yourself with books and work. Watch funny movies, read funny comics, chill and laugh around with your friends. Laughter as always is the best medicine. It always makes you feel better no matter what. Get rid of whatever items that remind you of your partner. Numbers, messages, letters, gifts. If you can’t bear to throw them away, put them with your close friend or somewhere you can’t easily get to. This is mean but pretty effective. Start to concentrate on the negative aspects of your partner’s character and tell yourself it is not worth it. Another mean thing to do and it might cause someone else hurt. I do not think it is wise but the thing is you might meet someone better. Go dating, meeting new people, making new friends. Caution: You might fall in love again so be sure to keep your distance. Moving on to someone else to get over someone is effective but not the ideal way to go about doing things. But please don’t give anyone the hear break. Write down all the hurts and angst inside you on a piece of paper and throw it away. Make the getting over tangible. Helps heaps too. Once again, talk to your friends, hang out with them! Friends are your pillars of support and as they say ‘a friend in need is a friend indeed.’ Let all your grief out. Don’t Bottle it Inside of You! Big Job Sites Vs The Small Ones

April 22nd, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Anthony Tomei There is much to say about posting resumes on the big job sites online. There are many positives and also negatives to doing this as well. Posting your resume is a way to get you exposure to recruiters and employers. There really isn’t any specific criteria for posting your resume… Only get it out for everyone to see! The more you post, the more exposed your resume. The big job sites are a good source to post as well as the small ones because no matter the difference you are getting your resume exposed to the general public and increase your chances of getting the ideal career or job you seek faster. More is better… Post everywhere to be seen by recruiters and employers. The small job sites being small shouldn’t hinder you from posting your resume there, many of these small obscure sites promote on a consistent basis thus your resume may be seen by recruiters more often than previously thought. You never really know who may eyeball your info so it’s often very intelligent to just post your resume on as many jobsites as frequently and as much as possible. You just may be pleasantly surprised at the results you will obtain from mass posting. Good Luck! Wedding Cake Serving Sets

April 15th, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Sarah Freeland Wedding cake serving sets usually come with a cake knife and a cake server. The blades of both of these items are usually made from stainless steel, but some models can be silver or pewter plated for added visual effect. The handles of a cake serving set is where most of the stylizing is done. Handles come is crystal, silver, pewter, composite materials, plastic, and glass. The cost of the average wedding cake serving set will be somewhere around $30 to $50. The actual price that you pay will depend on the materials that the cake knife and cake server are made from, the handle design that you select, as well as what vendor you buy it from. If you want to maximize the value of your cake serving set then you may want to consider registering for your serving set when you register for your wedding china. By doing this you will be selecting a cake serving set that will match your wedding china, which in turn will allow you to use it more than once. In addition to matching cake serving sets to wedding china you also have the option to match the sets design to the theme of your wedding. There are many different styles of themed wedding cake serving sets that you can choose from. A few of the more popular serving set themes include beach themes, contemporary themes, Baroque themes, and antique themes. To find a serving set that will match your weddings design, look for a handle design that elegantly reflects one element of your weddings design such as a color, a pattern, or an icon that relates to the theme of your wedding. For example if you have a beach theme for your wedding then you may want to look for a wedding cake serving set that has starfish on the handles. If you prefer a more elegant style for your wedding cake serving set then you can always opt to buy a silver cake knife and cake server set. These sets will tend to cost more than the average wedding cake serving set, but their elegance, beauty, and heirloom quality make then well worth the added cost. Another advantage of buying a silver wedding cake serving set is that you can have it engraved with the names, initials, and the anticipated wedding date for the engaged couple. Engraved cake servers make a great bridal shower gift, and a great memento from the couples wedding. After the wedding is over many couples dont know what they should do with their serving sets. If they have matched their wedding cake serving set to their wedding china then they can store the wedding cake serving set as another piece of their silver and china set. On the other hand if they have a novelty or engraved wedding cake serving set that they dont want to use again, then they may want to create a shadowbox display that includes the wedding cake serving set, their wedding cake accessories, and other small decorations from their wedding. This shadowbox display will allow the newlyweds to proudly display memorabilia from the best day of their lives. Planning a wedding, bridal shower or reception? Building Performance Trust

April 9th, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Nan S. Russell You can have outstanding ideas, yet never leverage them into winning at working results. That’s because the secret behind those ideas lies in performance. Yours. Getting the okay to pursue your idea is directly related to the level of confidence other people have in your ability to deliver it. And if you do, you will create for yourself opportunities on a regular basis. One successful idea delivery leads to another and another and another. Bigger and bigger ideas are entrusted to people who consistently turn ideas into reality. You see, not only does an idea need to be a good one, but the idea-maker needs to be a performer who can deliver the vision. That doesn’t mean you need to have executed lots of ideas before getting one approved. It does mean the base quality of your work is a deciding factor. In twenty years of management, I’ve vetoed more good ideas than I’ve approved. Most were vetoed for one reason: performance trust. I didn’t trust the person to deliver the idea they had. A mediocre idea from a strong performer will win approval over a great idea from someone with inconsistent follow-through and poor results. If you can’t do the little things, why would anyone give you bigger or more important things to do? And while every idea might not be big, it takes energy, time and resources away from other work endeavors. Not all ideas that get approved turn out to be successful. That’s OK. Lots can be learned from the ones that fail, too. Look at Edison and the light bulb. But if an idea fails because it was poorly executed, we only learn the competency quotient of the initiator. There is a mercenary side to idea approval. What happens with your idea is a reflection on the person who approved it. I know, for one, I’m not willing to risk my reputation on someone’s half-baked or half-executed idea. That doesn’t mean I don’t take risks on individuals or ideas. I do on both. But, business decisions are about odds and risks. Make sure both are in your favor. Being a strong performer is the best way to get your ideas noticed and sell them to the powers that be. You can start enhancing your performance reputation by implementing ideas that don’t require anyone’s approval. Do what needs doing, what would be helpful if implemented or beneficial if created. Of course, this at-your-discretion work is always in addition to current responsibilities. People who are winning at working use ideas to build performance trust. And performance trust builds careers. (c) 2005 Nan S. Russell. All rights reserved. The Most Important Stories You Tell

April 1st, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Nan S. Russell Stories can inspire or deceive; motivate or manipulate; challenge or deflate; persuade or console; unite or divide; ignite or resolve; anger or connect. But, none of this is new news. Stories are everywhere, all the time. In the papers we read, in the content we watch or listen to, and in the places we frequent. That includes our workplaces. And we’re all storytellers. The stories we choose to tell about ourselves and others impact how we’re perceived at work: team player or not team player; victim or problem-solver; resilient or discouraged; approachable or distant. They impact what work culture we help create: trusting or distrusting; silos or teams; soul-enhancing or soul-depleting. And most importantly they impact how we see ourselves. Our choice of stories matter, increasing or decreasing our potential to be winning at working. But the most important stories you tell at work are the ones you tell about yourself, to yourself. For me, one of those is that I’m technically challenged. Okay, I know what you’re probably thinking and you’re right. The more I tell myself the story of my technical incompetence, the more likely it is that my behavior lives up to my expectations. That’s true on the reverse side, too. Another self-story for my life is that I can invent the future that I want to face. In both cases, as T. Harv Eker puts it, “You will live into your story.” Kyle Maynard is a good example. Before he was nineteen he was a Wrestling Hall of Famer with the impressive title of the “World’s Strongest Teen.” He’s been living into his story, summarized by the title of his book, “No Excuses.” You see, Kyle has a congenital condition called quadramenbral phocomelia. He has no limbs below the elbows and knees. His becoming a wrestling champion goes beyond normally impressive feats. But Kyle lives his “no excuses” story not only in the wrestling arena, but in all parts of his life, learning to type fifty words a minute and drive a car. What stories are you building your life around? Are they enhancing your potential or minimizing it? If your story is a victim story then you’ll find problems. If it’s about winning at working and achieving your life’s potential, you’ll see challenges to meet. It’s not about the words, it’s about your self-vision behind them. How you see your life is how you live it. Sometimes we’re not even aware of the stories we’ve adopted as our own. We’ve grown up hearing about who we are, what we’re like, what abilities we have or don’t have and we overlay those stories onto our life as our own. But here’s the wonderful thing about stories. We can write new ones. For much of my life, a story I lived into was being quiet and shy. It was true I was a very shy child, but I kept the story alive as I grew older. At times, it kept me on the sidelines as a spectator to my life. But now I find that story confining, limiting and detrimental to the work I want to do. So, I’ve let go of it and replaced it with one that better fits this stage of who I am and what I’m about. I’ve chosen a different story to live into. You see, you have the power over your life story. Winning at working is a choice. What I learned in twenty years in management is this: people who are winning at working realize they’re the ones with the pen. They know they’re the author of their own work story and they act accordingly. So, if they don’t like how their story is evolving, they create a better one and start living it. They write their story as they go, building the outcome they desire. (c) 2006 Nan S. Russell. All rights reserved. Kids’ Games

March 30th, 2008 by reebacosentino

By Adriana Copaceanu Kids love to play, so games are a major part of their lives. Choosing the
right games for you kids can be a challenge. It needs to be fun, but you
also want them to “get something” from the games. There are new games
coming out all the time, but sometimes the classics are still the best. Outdoor games - Outdoor games are a great way to encourage teamwork and get
exercise at the same time. Softball, baseball, wiffleball are always a hit.
Badminton and volleyball are inexpensive, and a lot of fun for everyone.
There are also games that require no equipment, like Tag and Duck, Duck,
Goose, that are always favorites. Board games - Board games are a great way to spend family time, and
encourage taking turns and playing by the rules. There are the classic
board games, like Candyland for younger children. Then games like Clue,
which encourage logic and puzzle solving and Monopoly, where they can learn
about money. There are also many trivia games that help test knowledge and
have a little fun, too. Card games - Card games are always a fun family activity. Simple games like
Go Fish and Old Maid help kids learn to match. Other card games, like
Cribbage, can help with math skills. There are other specialty card games,
like UNO, which are also good for matching and following directions. Computer/video games - There are an almost unlimited number of computer and
video games, with new systems coming out all the time. Not all the games are
bad. There are quite a few educational games, as well. The best games
encourage creative thinking, puzzle solving and help improve hand eye
coordination. The key is checking out games, through reviews and other
parents, before buying a new game for your children. On-line games - There are several websites that provide kid-friendly and
educational games. PBS Kids, Nick Jr. and others have games that feature
the kids’ favorite characters, and help them learn skills while having fun.
Parents always need to supervise the sites to make sure they are safe for
kids. If all else fails, give them an empty box, some crayons and see what
happens. Adriana Copaceanu is a busy mom of 2. If you are looking for Tips for Raising Great Kids, or need to De-clutter Your Life make sure you visit http://www.busy-moms-online.com.
